I received my Master's in Social Work from Columbia University, where I was trained in evidence-based psychotherapy practices, working with trauma, and the treatment of addiction. I completed a clinical internship at Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center, and have post graduate training from the Stephen Mitchell Center for Relational Studies and The Institute for the Psychoanalytic Study of Subjectivity (IPSS). I have advanced training in AEDP (level 2) and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT). I am currently a training candidate in psychoanalysis at The William Alanson White Institute.

Therapy is a second career for me, following a long career in corporate marketing.
